Green Bonds.  Green Bonds can be used to mobilize climate finance at scale by attracting investment from institutional investors and pension funds for both mitigation and adaptation projects.  Examples of where Green Bonds have been used successfully to mobilize climate finance for urban projects include: Cape Town; Johannesburg; Paris, and Tokyo.
