Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant Program: assistance to states, local governments, and tribes to further strategies for improving energy efficiency; 2. Public School Grants: grants for energy efficiency improvements at public school facilities; and 3. Technical Assistance for the Adoption of Building Energy Codes: grants to states or to units of local government to adopt updated building energy codes or zero energy codes.
